Our Philosophy

Using these principles as a guide, I use a combination of traditional naturopathic medicine with evidence-based treatment to formulate an individualised plan for every one of my patients.

I optimise your health, rather than focus on the presence or absence of sickness or disease as the sole indicators of wellness. Of course everybody is different and has different goals, but in general we don’t want you to just feel “OK” or like you’re just “getting by”. Health is so important and we want you to feel vital, vibrant, energised and able to live your life the way you want to.

You are the most important part of your health journey, and this will be reflected in a personalised plan based on your health history, goals, schedule, budget and whatever else is a part of the equation for you.


 

Collaborative Care

It is our belief that collaboration between medical and healthcare practitioners is key in supporting people’s health in the best way possible. Whether you are under the care of a GP, specialist or other health care provider, we endeavour to establish clear communication with all appropriate parties to establish strong, trusting relationships and optimise your progress.

We also value the importance of other natural therapies and often work in conjunction with these to provide patients with improved results. Complementary treatments that we may refer to include myotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, counselling, kinesiology and yoga.

Modalities of Treatment

Each person’s needs are unique and their treatment plan will reflect this. Naturopathy encompasses a range of modalities to help bring the body back into balance.
